These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sxintense.com (the "Site") and your purchase of our intimate apparel products (including intimate lingerie, intimate loungewear, intimate panties, intimate fishnet sets, and intimate hosiery) (the "Products"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are a user in the United States and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Use

  • Age Requirement: Our Products are intended for adults aged 18 and above. You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or have obtained parental/guardian consent if you are between 13-17 (though we strongly recommend our Products for adult use only).
  • Account Responsibility: If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (e.g., password) and all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at shoplingerie@bk.ru if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • Order Submission: When you place an order on the Site, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected Products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order (e.g., if Products are out of stock, pricing contains errors, or we suspect fraudulent activity).
  • Order Confirmation: We will send an email confirmation to your provided email address once your order is accepted. This confirmation includes your order number, Product details, and shipping information—please retain it for tracking and support purposes.
  • Pricing & Availability: All prices on the Site are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include applicable U.S. sales tax (based on your shipping address). We reserve the right to adjust prices or update Product availability at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

3. Product Information & Use

  • Accuracy of Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate Product descriptions (e.g., size, material, color) on the Site, but minor discrepancies (e.g., slight color variations due to screen settings) may occur. For size guidance, refer to our U.S. ANSI Size Chart on each Product page—contact shoplingerie@bk.ru for additional sizing support.
  • Product Use: Our Products are designed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use Products in a manner that violates U.S. federal, state, or local laws (e.g., reselling Products in non-compliance with consumer protection regulations).
  • Hygiene & Safety: Intimate apparel is a personal hygiene product—always follow care instructions (included with each Product) to ensure safe use. We are not liable for adverse reactions from improper use or failure to follow care guidelines.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept U.S.-issued payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed by our U.S.-based payment partners (PayPal/Stripe), which comply with U.S. financial security standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
  • Payment Authorization: By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the full order amount (including shipping fees and taxes) to your selected payment method. If payment is declined, we may cancel your order and notify you via email.
  • Order Cancellations/Modifications: You may request to cancel or modify an order only if it has not yet been shipped. Contact shoplingerie@bk.ru with your order number—we will confirm cancellation/modification status within 12 U.S. business hours. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping & Delivery (U.S. Only)

  • Delivery Scope: We ship exclusively to valid U.S. addresses (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories; PO boxes may be restricted for certain Products). We do not ship to international addresses outside the U.S.
  • Shipping Partners & Timelines: Orders are fulfilled via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or DHL US Division. Standard shipping takes 3-5 U.S. business days; expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available for an additional fee. Delivery timelines do not include order processing time (1-2 business days).
  • Shipping Fees & Packaging: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Orders over $79 qualify for free standard shipping. All shipments use unmarked, discreet packaging (no "Sxintense" branding or Product-related labels) to protect your privacy.
  • Tracking & Missing Packages: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships—track status via the Site (“My Account > Order History”) or the shipping partner’s website. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at shoplingerie@bk.ru within 7 days of the delivery date—we will assist with filing a claim with the shipping partner.

6. Returns & Exchanges (U.S. Only)

  • Eligibility: You may return or exchange Products within 30 days of delivery, provided:
    1. Products are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (tags attached);
    1. Intimate hygiene seals (if applicable) are intact (broken seals render Products non-returnable);
    1. You include your original order number with the return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used Products, customized items, or Products without original packaging/seals are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Return Process:
    1. Email shoplingerie@bk.ru with your order number and reason for return/exchange—we will send a pre-paid U.S. return label (valid for U.S. addresses only);
    1. Ship the return package within 7 days of receiving the label;
    1. We will inspect the return upon receipt (3-5 business days) and process refunds (to your original payment method) or ship exchanges within 2-3 business days. Refunds may take 5-7 U.S. banking days to appear in your account.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (e.g., logos, Product images, text, branding) is the exclusive intellectual property of Sxintense. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission from Sxintense.
  • Unauthorized use of our trademarks (e.g., "Sxintense") or content may violate U.S. trademark/copyright laws, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Sxintense shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, inconvenience) arising from your use of the Site or Products, including delays in shipping, Product discrepancies, or account issues.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or the Products shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the affected order.
  • This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or violations of U.S. law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect U.S. legal changes, Site updates, or Product adjustments. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new "Effective Date"—we will notify registered users via email (to the address linked to your account) of material changes. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. (without regard to conflict of law principles).
  • Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site/Products shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting shoplingerie@bk.ru. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with U.S. Arbitration Association rules, or resolved in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles, California.
